Al Khawarizmi Institute
Al Khawarizmi Institute was established in late 2011. It has taken upon itself since then to present all the experiences gained in science, research, and the practice of the teaching profession, with the aim of maximizing the students’ benefit in the shortest possible period of time. The efforts exerted over the ten years have yielded a good reputation and great trust among our students and parents, as Al Khawarizmi Institute has become a destination for students from the areas close to it with actual attendance in the classrooms, or from all Lebanese regions and from the Arab countries, where students can study remotely using applications such as "Zoom" and others.
Besides the international languages and computer courses that it provides, Al Khawarizmi is an authorized Cambridge and IELTS training and exam venue. Moreover, Al Khawarizmi Institute is proud to have obtained, since the end of 2021, a license from the United Kingdom – Britain to teach self-development courses in the New Generation of Neuro-linguistic Programming – IUNLP and to disseminate them to all students of all ages and to parents too because of their great benefit to the self and society and to achieve success in all aspects of life.
Where we teach
Three branches in Lebanon, and the same classes live on Zoom for students elsewhere in the country and abroad:
- Beirut — Mar Elias Street, facing Byblos Bank, Deka Center.
- Chouf — Simkanieh main street.
- Choueifat — Saida Old Road, in the Aley District.
What we teach
Languages for every level — English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian and Arabic for non-native speakers. Preparation for the exams Lebanese students actually sit: IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT, EEE and Cambridge English. And beyond the classroom subjects, Business English, computer and digital design, and NLP and body language — our NLP programme is certified by the British Board of NLP, teaches 55+ IUNLP techniques and includes live client practice.
How courses are arranged
We assess your level before you join a group, because the right starting point matters more than the timetable. How long a course runs depends on that level and on the course itself, so we confirm the arrangement with you directly rather than publishing a figure that would not fit every student. Classes run in person at any of the three branches or live on Zoom, and you can switch between the two if your circumstances change.
Talk to us
Call 00961 71 27 67 13 or message us on WhatsApp and tell us which course you are considering and which branch suits you — we will tell you what is running and what to expect. The help desk answers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also email [email protected] or read this page in العربية.
