The English Entrance Exam decides more than an admission line. A weak result routes students into remedial English before their actual programme begins — extra semesters, extra fees, and a slower start than their classmates. Al Khawarizmi Institute has taught English in Lebanon since 2011 and is an authorized Cambridge and IELTS training centre; we prepare students for the entrance exam their university actually sets.
What preparation covers
- A level assessment before you enrol, so the plan fits your real starting point

If your English base needs work first
Entrance-exam coaching cannot substitute for the language underneath it. If the placement exam shows the base needs strengthening, we say so and route you through our General and Academic English course first — it is cheaper than sitting the exam twice.
In person or online
Classes run at our three branches — Beirut (Mar Elias), the Chouf (Simkanieh) and Choueifat (Saida Old Street) — and as live Zoom groups for students elsewhere in Lebanon or abroad. Same teachers, same materials, same certificate either way.

What is the EEE?

How is preparing for the EEE different from IELTS preparation?
The format and the stakes differ, so the training does too. We assess your level first and prepare you for the exam you are actually sitting. If you need IELTS instead, we run a separate IELTS preparation course.

Early enough to sit practice papers and still have time to act on the results. Tell us your exam date and we will work backwards from it.
Can I prepare online?
Yes, as live Zoom classes with the same teachers as our in-person groups.
